Born in Berrien Springs, raised at Michigan markets
Pawable didn't start in a boardroom. It started with hemp grown in Michigan, a small kitchen in Berrien Springs, and dog parents at local markets asking if we made something for their pups.
It started at the market
Before we had a website, we had a folding table. Weekend after weekend at Michigan farmers markets, the same conversation kept happening: people trying our Michigan-grown hemp products would point at their dog and ask, "do you make one for him?" So we did. Comfort Bites were built for those dogs first, and their people told us exactly what mattered: real doses, honest labels, and a treat their dog would actually eat.
Baked by hand, in small batches
Every jar is made by hand in Berrien Springs, Michigan, in batches small enough that we know which one yours came from. That's not a manufacturing constraint, it's the point: small batches mean fresh chews, real quality control, and a batch number on every jar that traces back to an actual bake.
